The story

Hi, I’m Sanele, founder of Pod Pro Solutions.

I didn’t plan on becoming a podcast manager. I spent years in HR — the person companies called on to keep people, processes and deadlines running smoothly. Then 2020 happened. Between the world shutting down and becoming a mother, the plan I’d built my career around simply stopped making sense. I needed work that could move with my life, not against it.

So I started over, as a virtual assistant. I took on whatever needed doing: inboxes, calendars, the unglamorous admin work that keeps a business standing. Somewhere in that pile of tasks, I landed my first podcast client, and something clicked.

All those years of managing people and untangling messy processes in HR turned out to be exactly what a growing show needed. Editing, scheduling, guest coordination, keeping ten moving parts on time — it was operations work wearing headphones.

That first client became a handful. The handful became Pod Pro Solutions, and I still get the same rush from turning a folder of raw recordings into an episode that sounds like it belongs on someone’s morning commute. I work in Descript and Riverside daily, and I bring the same instinct I had in HR: build the system once, so the people relying on it never have to think about it again.

I know handing over something as personal as your podcast isn’t easy, and I don’t take that trust lightly. When you work with me, I treat your show like it’s my own — because your podcast is your voice, your brand and your business, and it deserves to sound like it.
